You will be issued a file number and a certain day of the week to check in. To keep your account in active status, you must check in at least weekly on your assigned day. This enables us to eliminate people who have found a roommate but have failed to notify us. Renewing your account on your assigned day will ensure continued access to The Roommate Connections data as well as the release of your information to others. Of course, you are also welcome to check in and receive updates more often if you wish. Failure to check in weekly will deactivate your account, assuming a new roommate was secured. Closed accounts may be reinstated within 30 days of closure for a $10.00 charge. For security reasons, we require your file number for all transactions.
