CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT

Once your new roommate selection is made, please notify us immediately since many of our applicants may be calling long distance to speak with you. If notification is made while your account is in active status, and your new roommate is a client of The Roommate Connection, our 60 day adjustment period will go into effect. If during the adjustment period your new roommate situation is less than ideal, just call the agency with your file number and your account will be reinstated free of charge.
