Our staff has been matching roommates longer than anyone in the country, and have been in business longer than every roommate agency in the area COMBINED. We are the only gay owned and operated roommate agency in the area, and are sensitive to the needs of the gay and lesbian community in regards to your housing situation.
Over 80% of our clients are previous customers or direct referrals from satisfied customers, creating an exclusive pool of referrals not available anywhere else. In fact, over 50% of our applicants find a roommate in less than one week!

We are the only agency that actually keeps it's files absolutely current. We are in touch with every customer every week - period. You will not waste time with our referrals. Other agencies do not keep their information up-to-date. We are also the only agency that protects your privacy - we do not release last names, places of employment or home addresses on any client.
Unlike "internet" roommate services, NONE of our information is released online to anyone. Your information is only released to our paying customers who meet your criteria. You will not receive spam, solicitations or inappopriate responses to your ad from people finding your personal information on the Internet.

Short Term Housing
Many of our customers are willing to offer rooms in their homes or apartments on a short-term basis, from one month to several months. This is a viable alternative to the far more expensive "furnished rooms' offered by many companies.
If your needs are short-term (for less than a year), there is a section on the application where you may note your short-term needs.
Service Fees
Our basic service fee is a non-refundable, one time $90 fee if you are seeking housing or a one time $90 fee if you have housing to share, payable upon registration. This fee is good UNTIL a suitable roommate is found - there is no time limit on our services.
Guarantee
